The overt Oregon Carrier* will accommodate “concealable panels,” so no need to purchase additional ballistics. Provides versatility with the features needed to house duty-required accessories and allows the end-user the gear-up benefits of a Tactical without sacrificing comfort or mobility. This carrier offers a Front-Zip or Side Open option.
