The Hero Link® X by Survival Armor includes a card-and-wristband kit. Each product operates independently to provide quick access to critical medical information, including medical history and conditions, current medications, and allergies to medications or other substances.

- The kit comes with one card and one wristband. You can either carry the card in your wallet or insert it into the Survival Armor card holder on your ballistic vest for the quickest access to your information. Alternatively, you can choose to wear the wristband instead of carrying the card. Having both options ensures you always have a backup.
- Easy setup by tapping your card and wristband with your smartphone (NFC on). Tap the Hero Link Logo with your phone to link, then securely input your critical medical data online. Keep your phone unlocked for instant access by First Responders. Instructions included.
- The Card is waterproof, heat-resistant, and designed for rugged use, making it ideal for wearing on a vest.

The Exclusive Survival Armor Carrier Card-Reader-Attachments stay secure in the protective pocket until needed and are available in two options.
